Foundation
Rollex Förderelemente GmbH & Co. KG was founded in Remscheid.
Rollex has been developing and manufacturing components for intralogistics since the 1970s. With around 300 employees, we manufacture driven and non-driven rollers, motorised rollers, zero-pressure-system components and solutions for dynamic warehousing technology across a production area of 30,000 m².
As a globally active partner, we develop and produce solutions for internal material flow. Drawing on our experience, innovative strength and commitment to sustainability, we are shaping the intralogistics of tomorrow – reliably and with a focus on the future.
For us, sustainable solutions are built on technical expertise, a spirit of innovation and a partnership based on mutual respect. We continuously challenge the status quo, keep developing and improving, and already today think ahead to meet the requirements of tomorrow.

For us, quality begins long before the finished product. It is reflected in a collaborative approach, short decision-making processes and efficient workflows – from the initial enquiry right through to delivery. Our ISO 9001-certified quality management system ensures consistently high standards across all areas of the business.
With our specialisation in intralogistics, high vertical integration and flexible production capacities, we deliver cost-effective solutions – from single items to large-scale production runs. As a family-run business, we stand for continuity, reliability and a long-term perspective.
For us, sustainability and innovation go hand in hand. We develop intralogistics solutions that make the flow of materials more efficient, conserve resources and reduce energy consumption.
In doing so, we rely on modern technologies, durable products and responsible business practices. Environmental and social responsibility are integral parts of our business activities – both today and with a view to the future.

For us, social responsibility starts with the way we work together every day. We build long-term partnerships, communicate openly and collaborate on a basis of trust – both within our company and with our external partners.
At the same time, we support the professional and personal development of our employees and create a working environment shaped by appreciation, responsibility and team spirit. Because sustainable business success is driven by people.
