Accessories for Conveyor Elements
Discover accessories and complementary components for conveyor and storage technology: conveyor rollers, multi-directional rollers, roller tracks, guide discs, and support and buffer rings.
Multi-directional castors
Rollers and multi-directional rollers support flexible conveying, sorting and redirecting tasks in conveyor systems, flow racks, packaging machines and at workstations.
Conveyor rollers, types 610 / 611 / 612
The Type 610 and 611 plastic rollers have a load capacity of 100 N, whilst the Type 612 steel rollers can carry up to 200 N. They are available with shaft diameters of 6 mm or 8 mm.
The rollers are used in various applications within conveyor and storage technology, including flow racks, guide rails, roller conveyors, packaging machines and as guide elements for drive belts.

Multi-directional rollers, types 620 / 625
Multi-directional rollers are used when flat containers, load carriers, packages, cartons or workpieces need to be rotated, sorted, diverted, fed or picked. The spacing between the rollers or bars depends on the dimensions and weight of the goods being conveyed.
Maximum load limits: Ø 50 mm: 100 N, Ø 60 mm: 200 N, Ø 80 mm: 400 N. The permissible temperature range is between -12 °C and +80 °C. To ensure the rolling resistance is as uniform as possible in all directions, the rollers can be fitted in a 90° staggered arrangement.

Roller rails
The use of roller conveyors offers clear advantages over conventional static storage. They can be flexibly adapted to different storage conditions and goods requirements, and enable optimum use of storage space.
This freedom of movement simplifies handling and ensures more efficient storage and retrieval. Goods are more readily accessible and easier to transport. This reduces handling times, storage and delivery times, as well as operating costs.

Type 720
The workhorse of the Rollex range. The Type 720 roller track reliably moves heavy loads. Interlocking components and ease of handling make it simple to assemble roller conveyors.
Type 723
Fitted with plastic or steel rollers, the Type 723 is the all-rounder among roller tracks. Its applications are virtually limitless. Galvanised steel profiles ensure a long service life.

Type 726
The Type 726 roller track is particularly suitable for the rapid conveyance of light and small items. Rollers with flanges keep the goods securely in the track.
